What we collect

When you request an appointment, Hair By Cindy collects the details you submit: your name, phone number, the service you're interested in, and any notes you include. This information is used only to contact you about your appointment.

How it's used

Your details are used to confirm and manage your booking, and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Appointment confirmations

Appointment requests are confirmed personally by Cindy by phone or message.

Text messages (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We only text clients who opted in by checking the unticked text-message box on our booking form, or who called or texted us first. Texts cover your appointment only: confirmations, reminders and replies to questions you send. We do not send marketing blasts. Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages a month. Data retention

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to manage your appointments and history with the salon. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time by contacting the studio.
