These terms cover use of this website, the booking form on it, and the text messages we send about your appointment. Last updated October 2, 2026.

Appointments

A booking request is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until Cindy confirms it by phone or message. Prices shown on this site are starting points; the final price depends on the service, hair length and products used, and is confirmed at your consultation. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so the time can go to another client.

SMS Terms: text messages

Program: Hair By Cindy appointment texts.

What you'll get: confirmation of your booking request, appointment reminders, and replies to questions you text us.

How you opt in: by checking the unticked text-message box on our booking form, or by calling or texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Frequency: varies, up to 6 messages a month. We do not send marketing blasts.

Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy and how text messages work.
